Grizzly Chéri: How did you meet?
Alexandra: Well, it started about 4 and a half years ago! I was browsing on Instagram and I stumbled upon Laura's account! Pink, Disney, pretty pictures, I was a fan. And then one day I decided to send her a message. We met up at Disney, we chatted shyly. Then we kept sending messages to each other! A year later we met again for a snack in Paris and 3 months later she was at my place for 4 days! Since then, we've been going back and forth between Nice and Paris!
Laura: It always surprises a lot of people but we met thanks to the Internet. Alexandra was one of my very first readers when I started my blog. One day she was passing through Disney and we took the opportunity to meet!
G.C: What brings you two together?
Alexandra: There are a thousand and one things that bring us together, even if there's always pink, photos and Disney! Life in general brings us together. A true friendship, one that's funny and sometimes sadder. Downs but especially ups, and bursts of laughter, lots of bursts of laughter!
Laura: Our common passions, big fans of Disney, travel, shopping addicts... Together we always rethink the world and our lives, with pink and glitter!
G.C: Is it difficult to be Inseparables living 1000 kilometers apart?
Alexandra: To say no would be a lie! I think Laura and I have thought about temporarily living in each other's region. If we had a sponsor, it would be an airline so we could see each other as much as we want! That doesn't stop us from sending messages and calling each other daily! Thanks to technology!
Laura: Yes and no, we write to each other every day and we try to call each other regularly. Sometimes we manage to see each other twice a month and sometimes, pressed for time, we have to wait a few months.
G.C: Your wishes for your professional and personal future?
Alexandra: For her personal life: may everything last! For my part, professionally, to go back to school to become an operating room nurse. Personally, everything seems to be going well, long may it last!
Laura: Professionally: to start my last year in graphic design school to obtain a DA/graphic designer diploma. I dream of later working as a DA in the luxury world! And personally: to enjoy every second, travel, get out of my daily Parisian life! I would also like to go back to Japan very soon.
G.C: How has your friendship allowed you to develop personally?
Alexandra: Nour friendship has made us grow together! We often experience extraordinary things thanks to Laura! She is a confidante, a friend, almost a family member!
Laura: Our friendship is sacred because we tell each other everything.
G.C: Do you have any joint projects? Professional or personal? When will there be a blog run by four hands?
Alexandra: Professional: our professional lives are too far apart! Personal: we imagine a thousand trips to do together! For the blog with four hands, it's an idea but I'm not diligent enough to keep up with Laura's pace!
Laura: For a joint project, we dream of traveling together to destinations with a Disneyland park preferably! Haha. A blog run by four hands? That could be an idea but with our already busy daily lives it seems complicated.
G.C: Laura, what do you like about Alexandra?
Laura: I like her mouse-like laugh, her desire to always see her ideas through, and her frankness!
G.C: Alexandra, what do you like about Laura?
Alexandra: Laura is a princess! So naturally it's normal that we love each other, as princesses do! She is a person with a fabulous world, pastel, I must admit, and full of poetry! What I love is that when I spend time with her, it seems... timeless. She is someone I can completely confide in, and who I know will always tell me the truth! I love the fact that she takes the time to share her passions with me, like photography for example!
G.C: Your 3 favorite Grizzly jewelry pieces?
Alexandra: I think the Inseparable that I share with Laura is number one on the list! And then the bangle and the Rose necklace from the English Rose Collection, which I find delicate and especially because I love roses!
Laura: I love them all! But this season it's: my little Dotty Cat Inseparable, my Mermaid earrings and my Koi Carp earrings :)
